The innovative KitchenAid KEBS179BSS 27-inch 4.3 cubic-foot capacity single wall oven flush with your current cabinetry cutout, giving your kitchen a beautiful seamless look. KitchenAid's FIT system installation, allows you to customize the fit of the oven to your current cabinetry cutout. Through the use of adjustable legs and trim work, the KEBS179BSS appears to fit seamlessly with the rest of your kitchen.

The large 4.3 cubic-foot oven features a SatinGlide Roll-Out extension rack. This extension rack, glides easily along the rails for easy loading and unloading of heavy dishes.

The Even-Heat True Convection Oven works to provide an even, consistent heating on all racks in the oven cavity. This system uses a fan in the rear of the oven cavity to distribute heated air throughout the unique bow-tie shaped oven cavity. Through the use of the convection fan, and alternating beat from the hidden bake element and broiler element, consistent, even temperature is held throughout the oven.

KitchenAid's Even-Heat Preheat works to eliminate hot and cold spots by thoroughly heating the entire interior of the cavity, including the walls and oven racks. Carefully preheating the oven before use, guarantees you will receive a more uniform bake, roast, or broil.

To make this technologically advanced oven even better, KitchenAid designed this oven with EasyConvect Conversion System. The EasyConvect system takes the guesswork out of convection cooking, by adjusting conventional cook times and temperatures to the appropriate convection time and temperature.

For added convenience, this oven offers a temperature probe. This temperature probe accurately measures the internal temperature of the dish you are cooking, whether it is a roast, turkey, or a casserole. Once the food reaches the appropriate internal temperature you will know. With this handy little feature, you will never dry out a meatloaf, turkey, or over bake a casserole again.

KitchenAid did not stop there. This oven also offers: a delay start function, automatic door latch, control lock, rapid preheat function, timer, cook time, stop timer, and more.

Take advantage of the delay start function on days when you kids have after school activities to attend. Prepare the meal ahead of time, slide it into the oven, and set the delay start timer to being cooking the meal when you want it so. You and your family can return to home cooked meals, even when you have not been home!
