The right front sealed burner provides a 10K BTU output, great for more cooking techniques. On the left front side, you will find an identical 10K BTU output sealed burner. Its right rear sealed burner offers a heat output up to 7K BTU, while the left rear sealed burner provides a lower 6K BTU output.

The lower heat output of the rear left sealed burner is perfect for simmering sauces, melting chocolates, and simply keeping foods warm until serving. This burner is easy to control for accurate simmering, or preparing smaller portions of food.
