Real time live tracking on day of delivery

Floor runners and protective equipment to ensure your items are delivered with the utmost care and respect for your home.

• Unbox and remove exterior packaging
• Place the item in the room of choice.
• Remove shipping bolts or rods once defrocked 
• Disposal of delivery garbage.

If the installation service is added, the service includes

• Leveling of Washer
• Standard Installation includes two (6’) new braided hoses.
• Standard drain hose installation

• Perform hose leak test
• Connect drain hose to the existing drain
• Stack new CAS laundry units if a compatible stacking kit is purchased and on site during delivery.
• Laundry units will be mounted on the Laundry pedestal if compatible units are purchased at CAS and on site during delivery.

Blomberg and Bosch installations MUST only be done with the hoses that come with the appliance. 

Steam washers do not require Y Connectors.

Electric Dryers

• Unbox and remove exterior packaging.
• Place the item in the room of choice.
• Disposal of delivery garbage.

If installation is added the delivery team will also:

• Installation includes a standard (5’) Aluminum foil dryer vent and two clamps .
• Connect dryer vent to dryer existing home ventilation system.
• Leveling of dryer.

• Plug in and perform power on test (existing 240v outlet).
• Stack new CAS laundry units if a compatible stacking kit is purchased and on site during delivery.
• Laundry units will be mounted on the Laundry pedestal if compatible units are purchased at CAS and on site during delivery.

Steam Dryers require an additional Y Connector ($34.99 @CAS - W10623830) which must be added to the order prior to delivery.

If installation is added the delivery team will also:

• Installation includes a standard (5’) Aluminum foil dryer vent and two clamps .
• Connect dryer vent to dryer existing home ventilation system.
• Leveling of dryer.
• We cannot complete installation by connecting the Gas Dryer to a Gas line.
• Stack new CAS laundry units if a compatible stacking kit is purchased and on site during delivery.
• Laundry units will be mounted on the Laundry pedestal if compatible units are purchased at CAS and on site during delivery.

Steam Dryers require an additional Y Connector ($34.99 @CAS - W10623830) which must be added to the order prior to delivery.

When receiving your refrigerator and/or freezer, the delivery team will:

• Unbox and remove exterior packaging
• Remove the fridge door and reinstall it if required to bring the unit inside
• Place the item in the room and location of choice.
• Connect the refrigerator waterline to an existing waterline located behind the refrigerator
• Remove and re-attach handles and doors to complete delivery, as needed.
• Align the doors as required.
• Level the product as required.
