The Samsung DV42H5600EF front load electric dryer features a king-sized 7.5 cubic-foot capacity stainless steel diamond drum. This innovative drum design will not damage your clothes nor crack, chip, or rust during the wash cycle. You can dry anywhere from 2 pounds (or one full laundry basket) of laundry up to 8 pounds (or three full laundry baskets) of clothes in each load, without worrying if all of your fabrics will be fully dried.
 
To give you the convenience of customizing your drying results, this dryer offers 13 dry cycles. These cycles include steam refresh, steam wrinkle away, steam sensor dry, eco, normal, normal, heavy-duty, perm press, bedding, delicates, wool, and sanitize. So you can customize your dry cycle further, you can choose from several options such as timed dry, air fluff, and quick dry.
 
The intelligent sensor dry uses tiny built-in sensors that monitor the moisture put off by your clothes during the drying cycle. When the sensors determine your clothes are completely dried, they dryer will automatically shut off, to prevent your clothes from over-drying. Over drying your clothes, can lead to them looking tattered and torn well before the life of your clothes should be over.
