With this new design, you will be grilling faster; assembly time is cut in half. The cabinet itself provides integrated storage for propane and grilling tools. PORCELAINIZED CAST IRON REVERSIBLE WAVE™ GRIDS
The cooking grids are made from porcelainized cast iron and will season just like a cast iron frying pan. The process of porcelainization coats the unique WAVE™ grids with a thin layer of glass that prevents rusting. The shape cradles food and heats evenly. The cooking grids are reversible as well. When grilling tougher meats that tend to dry out, the grooves hold the naturally occurring moisture against the grilling meat, preventing excessive drying.
