Price Match Policy

If you find an advertised lower price online or in print at another appliance retailer before you buy your appliance from CAS or prior to delivery of your appliance, we’ll match the qualifying price and provide an additional discount of 10% of the difference in price.

Price Match Policy

1. The identical item (exact same brand and model number) must be new, locally available, and sold by an authorized retailer. You must provide the competitor's online or print advertisement for verification. Handwritten prices, emails or prices written on business cards, pictures, or receipts, do not qualify. CAS reserves the right to verify pricing with retailer.
2. Lower product prices due to an advertising error or misprint, restricted offers, mail order offers, rebates, coupons, free or bonus offers do not qualify. Competitors' Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day prices also do not qualify.
3. The product must be priced in Canadian Dollars. Any environmental fees and other charges must be clearly outlined.
4. Products advertised as limited supply, clearance, limited stock, limited quantity, limited-time offer, do not qualify.
5. The product must be sold AND shipped by a retailer or authorized dealer to the market the consumer resides. Check the dealer’s shipping policy on the competitor’s site to confirm.
6. The product must be in stock, available for sale, and not a club pricing.
7. Price Match does not apply to add-on related services such as delivery, installation, maintenance agreements, and Protection Plans.
8. Price Guarantee does not apply to builder contract pricing, bid pricing, membership, group or club pricing, prices from online auction, bid or retail aggregator sites, online-only retailers, or pricing not otherwise generally available to the public.
9. Only one price adjustment per order allowed.
10. Only applies to reasonable quantities for personal household use.
11. Refunds are processed in the same tender with which you paid. For those customers who have purchased using cash as a method of payment, transactions will either be refunded back to your credit card or cheque.
12. Credit, lease, or financing offers and programs do not qualify.
13. Items with inflated shipping charges do not qualify.
14. CAS reserves the right to only price match national appliance retailers.
15. Not applicable to bundle pricing.
16. CAS reserves the right to void any price that does not reflect market value.
