To take the dryer to the next level, this extra-large dryer drum is equipped with quad baffles. The quad baffles provide the perfect fit for your clothes while simultaneously preventing smaller articles of clothing from getting stuck in the dryer drum. Whirlpool’s unique design increases the effectiveness of the dryer while promoting a more balanced tumbling and drying results.

Whirlpool gives you the ability to customize this electric dryer’s performance through the use of 24 drying cycles, four options, four temperature settings, and four dryness levels. The drying cycles include, but at not limited to how to dry: normal, sanitize, gentle, heavy duty, timed dry; what to dry: mixed, casual, towels, delicates, and bulky/sheets. For additional selections, the Whirlpool Cabrio® YWED8000DW offers four options damp dry signal, Eco Boost™, end of cycle signal, and Winkle Shield™.

The Advanced Wrinkle Shield™ option works to prevent wrinkles from setting into your clothes for up to 140 minutes after the cycle ends. To prevent wrinkles from setting into fabrics, this options tumbles loads of clothes at intermittent periods of time after the drying cycle ends. By continuing to tumble the load periodically, wrinkles will not have the chance to set into your clothes. Thanks to Whirlpool you can skip the ironing.
